Refund Policy


Should you need to return a product due to order Cancellation or for any other reason not covered by our warranty; we reserve the right to carry out a 100% inspection of the product before accepting the return. All Returns of this nature are susceptible to a 25% restocking fee. Unwanted returns will not be accepted 14 days after the shipping date of the original product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) items, the original product package and seal must not be opened. will not accept the return of a used product, an intimate product, a sanitary product, a custom made product, a PPE item with broken seal, or any printed graphics. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Product
If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. If your product is damaged or defective, please call 626-964-0602 and request a return authorization number. Packages returned to our location or our supplier’s warehouses without an authorization number will be refused upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged due to shipping company’s mishandling, your shipment is insured by that carrier and we will do our best to expedite the claim and rectify the situation. While we will strive to help our clients in any way possible, we do not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred in shipping out replacement products or repairs.

Order Cancellations
Should you need to return a product due to order cancellation or any reason other than a warranty matter, reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before accepting the return. The cancellation of a production order for which has produced or ordered raw materials may result in fully charging for materials and labor, or imposing a minimum cancellation fee of up to 50% of the purchase/sale price.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product advertised at is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product that lists the incorrect price. also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
